The short version: the apps run on your device, there are no accounts, and I don't see your music.

This website

• It doesn't use cookies or analytics.
• It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• The site is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. They collect your name, email, billing country and payment details. I receive your name, email, country and order details so I can deliver your purchase, send your license key and give you support. I don't see your card details.

The apps

• Your patterns, recordings, exports and session snapshots stay on your device. I don't receive them.
• The apps have no accounts and no tracking.
• When you activate a license key, the app sends the key to Lemon Squeezy to check that it's valid.
• MIDI and audio device access is used only when you choose to turn it on, and your browser or operating system may ask you to allow it.

How I use your information

Only to deliver your purchase, provide support and handle refunds. I don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing [contact email]. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for tax reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too.
