If ACIDLOTUS or HARDWIRE isn't for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying.

How to ask

Email [contact email] within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you used and your order number if you have it. You don't need to give a reason, though knowing why helps me improve the apps.

What happens next

• I'll refund the full price you paid to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and can take several business days to appear.
• Your license key will be turned off, and you should delete the Software from your devices.

If something doesn't work

If the Software won't run on a supported system and I can't fix it, you can ask for a refund even after the 14 days.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that can't be excluded, such as that the Software is of acceptable quality.
